The Cliffs Summerlin Homes For Sale
The Cliffs Subdivision, Summerlin Nevada
As Summerlin’s first new housing community to break ground after the recession, to say there was a lot of anticipation behind the development of The Cliffs would be a monumental understatement. Originally developed by Howard Hughes Corp., The Cliffs in Summerlin consists of 1,700 homes over 11 neighborhoods, so it’s a pretty sizable community to say the least. Included in The Cliffs is The Regency, which is a luxury age-restricted community from Toll Brothers that has 425 individual homes over 100 acres.
As far as location goes, The Cliffs will be situated at Summerlin’s southern most tip, right near Hualapai Way and Patrick Lane. Access to the Bruce Woodbury Beltway will be quick and easy, allowing residents to quickly get to and from other parts of the Summerlin community with ease, not to mention other nearby cities as well like Las Vegas, Paradise, and Henderson. When finished, The Cliffs will be Summerlin’s 20th community of 31 planned. In all, the Summerlin master planned community encompasses 22,500 acres, of which just 5,400 are left to develop.
