Checking In on The Summit Club in Summerlin

As we inch closer to the end of 2015, it’s been a productive second half of the year for developers of the highly-anticipated Summit golf community in Summerlin. Infrastructure and construction for the impressive new Tom Fazio golf course finally kicked off earlier this summer, and with work well underway at this point, projections have the new Summit golf course making its official debut as early as next year.

As for homes for sale at Summit Club, development for the new ultra-luxurious mid-century modern residences, as well as the community’s expansive 100,000 square foot clubhouse, will begin this summer, and with a reported 50 early buyers already lined up, delivery can’t come soon enough.

In case you’ve been living under a rock the past 8 to 12 months, Discovery Land has teamed up with The Howard Hughes Corp. to develop the Summit Club in Las Vegas, which when finished will feature 250 of the most impressive homes to hit the Las Vegas area real estate market in quite some time.

Located near Tropicana Avenue and Tower Center Drive just off the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, homes in the The Summit Club will mostly be priced between $3 and $7 million, while the clubhouse will also feature 60,000 square feet of condo residences with between one and five bedrooms and also priced in the $2 to $6 million range.

According to developers, The Summit Club should take about five to seven years to completely build out.
