Today I want to talk about iBuyers. iBuyers are companies that offer to buy your home saying that they will make it easy for you. They usually offer easy transaction dates, financial savings, and the ability to name your closing date.

Let me tell you a little bit about a client of mine that met with an iBuyer. They promised to help sell her home for a specific dollar amount for a certain fee. After I met with this client, I was not only able to sell her property for $10,000 more than their estimate, but I also helped her save significantly by offering a lower fee. Overall, this resulted in her netting $13,000 more than the iBuyer. I made it easier as a real estate professional by walking her through every aspect of it. In the end, we accomplished her goal of moving to San Antonio with cash from the sale.

She was grateful. And guess what? I was grateful for the opportunity to help her.

I was grateful for the opportunity to help her.

So, before you talk to these iBuyers, remember the market is very good right now. A real estate professional can walk you through the process from start to finish. Meanwhile, these iBuyers can only make money in this market by undercutting the value of your home and then turning around to sell it at a profit, while charging hefty transaction fees.

Another thing to know about iBuyers is their success rate. I recently heard a commercial while watching TV where an iBuyer was saying that they had a 90% satisfaction rating from clients. That means one out of every 10 clients is unhappy. I've been in business 11 years and I take care of each and every client.

I have sold over 500 homes. If you go on Redfin and look up my team, you will see that we have over 234 reviews with a 4.9 out of a five-star rating. We also have 130 positive reviews on Zillow because we strive for customer satisfaction

So, if you're thinking of selling, don't get lured by slick sales pitch campaigns from iBuyers who are raising a lot of money to try to disrupt the real estate market. Talk to a real professional. More than likely we can get you more money for your home, save you money on costs, and walk you through the process from start to finish.

If you have any questions about iBuyers, please don’t hesitate to ask. And, if you are looking to buy or sell in the Las Vegas or Henderson market, please consider the Robert Little Group at Remax Advantage. It would be our pleasure to serve you.
