Anticipation Building For The Cliffs, Summerlin's Newest Addition

The Cliffs SummerlinIt’s been a long time since construction started for a brand new community over in Summerlin, but after nearly a year since ground was first broken for The Cliffs, things are starting to take shape at Summerlin’s newest and most anticipated housing community in recent memory.

The Cliffs is located at Summerlin’s southern-most tip, right near Bishop Gorman High School along Hualapai Way. When finished, The Cliffs will feature 1,700 homes across 11 individual neighborhoods, all with something unique to offer future home owners.

The first neighborhood to be developed in The Cliffs will be The Regency—a luxury 55+ active adult community from Toll Brothers that will feature 425 homes over 100 acres. Other neighborhoods will feature upscale single-family homes from at least two other builders, Lennar and Woodside Homes, but specific details about each are still somewhat unknown this early in the development process.

Aptly named The Cliffs for its picturesque backdrop right up against the Spring Mountains, neighborhoods in this dynamic new village will be positioned to maximize the spectacular views of both the valley and the Spring Mountains, only adding to the appeal and desirability of Summerlin’s newest master plan.

Amenities at The Cliffs will include the already-existing Wet ’n’ Wild Water Park, Faiss Middle School, and the Faiss Community Park, which will include a state-of-the-art aquatic center that's already under construction.

The Cliffs will be the 20th community out of 31 planned to be built in Summerlin, leaving just over 5,000 acres left to be developed of Summerlin's sprawling 22,500 total acres.
