Discovery Land Company Summerlin Community
There’s a lot of excitement surrounding the new Discovery Land Company development in Summerlin, and for good reason. Aside from aiming to be the most exclusive, and most expensive, golf course community in the entire Las Vegas region, Discovery Land Company is internationally known for developing some of the world’s premier housing communities and resorts, which include projects in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Las Vegas Real Estate: 2015 Market Update

With the first quarter of 2015 already in the rearview mirror, we thought now might be a good time to reflect on how the Las Vegas area real estate market is faring. According to a report just recently released by the Las Vegas Association of Realtors, home sales overall in Southern Nevada are continuing to rise, with March showing a pretty substantial increase from January and February.
