Many of the friends on my personal page are also real estate agents who will see your listing. We also post to Twitter and LinkedIn to make sure that people are seeing your home. After all, these days showings start online.
A real estate agent will also utilize staging and professional photography to market your home. Staging can even help add value to your home. We’ll provide cost-effective tips to help make your home stand out and show better in order to get top dollar.
As you might have guessed, there is a lot of paperwork involved in selling a home. An agent like myself will know how to handle contracts and disclosures. We’ll help you make sure that everything is done right. We can also recommend a good title company to make sure that the title and escrow are handled properly so that nothing comes back later to haunt you during the sale.
