Phone: 702-460-2712Send Robert a message.I graduated from UNLV with a BS in finance in 2002 , my first job out of college was working in Mortgage Lending which was a natural fit for me given my finance background. I quickly became a top producer with the company I worked for and eventually was promoted to branch supervisor. After major changes in the mortgage industry in 2006 , and after 5 years in the business, I saw the writing on the wall, and decided to shift gears, and received my Real Estate Sales License in 2007, and have never looked back. I have been listing REO(Bank owned) properties since early 2008 for many different financial institutions, I also hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, which is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer... than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation. REMAX 100% club every full year in business,and Platinum award winner in 2011. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert(CDPE) trained in short sales to help people avoid foreclosure and help stabilize neighborhoods, and hold the CIAS ( Certified Investor Agent Specialist) designation, specially trained to help buyers with investment property. I hold my buyers and sellers interests in high regard, and strive for customer satisfaction. Current hobbies of mine include golf, snowboarding, traveling, and most importantly giving back to the community through volunteering and donating to various charities , my local church, and helping the less privileged. I am also a member of the NAHREP( National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and speak fluent Spanish.
